Description of Services

Rivoke helps you find forgotten recurring charges and cancel them. The Subscription Creep Calculator is free and ungated: enter subscriptions manually to see monthly, annual, and multi-year totals. The Subscription Audit scans linked accounts for recurring charges. The free audit shows total count and monthly total. Rivoke Plus ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) includes the full itemized list, unlimited cancellations, ongoing monitoring, and yearly re-audits.

You may NOT:

Misuse platform security features
Use Rivoke to request fraudulent or unauthorized cancellations
Attempt unauthorized system access
Disrupt platform availability intentionally

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and information accurate. Notify support@rivoke.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. When you link a payment account, Rivoke accesses transaction history in read-only mode. We do not store full credentials and cannot initiate payments or transfers.

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account and should protect login credentials from unauthorized use.

Your Rivoke account is your responsibility. Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with anyone.

Service Disclaimer

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, software, and tools on rivoke.com are owned by Rivoke or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission. The Rivoke name and logo are our trademarks.

Acceptable Use

Rivoke acts as an intermediary to cancel subscriptions at your request. We do not guarantee every cancellation will succeed. We confirm cancellations only when recurring charges stop. If we cannot complete a cancellation, we notify you with next steps. Savings figures come from actual transaction data, never estimates.

By opting in to SMS, you consent to account notifications only (cancellation confirmations, failure notices, new charge alerts, Rivoke Plus billing, login codes, support replies). Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIVOKE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS YOU PAID RIVOKE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be brought in Dallas County, Texas courts.

Rivoke provides subscription audit results and cancellation assistance based on transaction data you authorize. You are responsible for reviewing charges before requesting a cancellation.
